How the math works

AutoHound monthly = locations × ($599 + retained estimating). Quoted monthly = locations × (base + extra seats × seat fee + other monthly fees + retained estimating). Extra seats cannot fall below zero. Multiply by 12 and add one-time rollout and applicable vendor setup costs. Effective cost per person divides the monthly total by all staff; it is not a seat charge.

What is outside the estimate?

All figures are USD before tax. The model uses 12 paid months and excludes trial credits, hardware, usage charges you have not entered and financing.
